The Broker Business Advocacy Association meets six (6) times per year, providing elevated peer-to-peer learning/sharing sessions “Huddles”, that offer Century 21 brokers valuable and personal experience, strength and hope on important discussion topics to help them be successful.

Most of our Huddles are focused on broker-based conversations, but some offer content about managers and agents as well.

Requests from brokers around the country to join the association, had led to discussions about our ability to go “virtual” at some point in the future. The events of 2020 made that idea an immediate necessity. We deftly pivoted, changed course, stayed alive and actually grew.

Additionally, we have executed an Annual Gala Awards event, recognizing offices and agents that have excelled in growth and success within the C21 brand. This will return to our Agenda as soon as it is viable.
