We have had ongoing conversations with Corporate since our last Huddle, regarding the “real” issues that impede our growth and what/how they can work with us directly to address these situations. We are confident there is a true willingness and desire to work with us.
We decided to start by conducting a brainstorming, workshop-type Huddle, honing in on the top pain points or challenges we face as CENTURY 21 Brokers and Owners. Identifying these issues as a unified membership body and hyper-focusing our concerns and challenges, as well as identifying potential solutions and strategies to provide back to corporate leadership, I believe we can anticipate effective and comprehensive responses to our challenges.
Thus, the next two Huddles will reflect this direction we are taking. The first one, scheduled for April 29 at 2:00pm, will provide members with the opportunity to identify our three (3) pain points. The second one, scheduled for May 25, at 2:00pm will be Corporate’s response to the feedback and practicality of our suggested solutions, as well as on how they can help us resolve these specific issues.
Agenda and Registration will go out to you on Monday, April 19. Start thinking about your issues and potential solutions now. The registration form will include a spot for you to submit some of your “pain points” and allow us to better prepare for and concentrate our topics during this huddle. Example: “Lead disbursement” as a pain point and parameters/rules for how such leads should be disbursed as a potential solution.
All members, as well as guests who are attending for the first time are encouraged to participate and calendar-block these meeting times. For maximum effectiveness and continuity, mark your calendars now to prioritize and attend Both huddles.
